Incenva operates exclusively as a data controller with respect to information collected through this website. Incenva does not collect, process, or store personally identifiable information from end users on behalf of its clients. The Incenva platform generates only aggregated, de-identified analytics data that cannot be linked to any identifiable individual.

(a) Information You Provide. When you contact us, request a demo, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect: your name; email address; job title; company name; phone number (if provided); and any other information you voluntarily submit through forms or direct communications.

(c) Platform Analytics. The Incenva platform generates only aggregated, de-identified analytics related to incentive program discovery and engagement patterns. These analytics do not contain, and cannot be linked to, any personally identifiable information. No personal data of any kind is collected from end users of the Incenva platform.

All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. We process opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. We do not transfer your email address to third parties for their own marketing use.
