ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited activities when accessing or using the Incenva website (incenva.com) and, where applicable, the Incenva platform. This AUP is incorporated into Incenva’s Terms of Use by reference. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Website or platform to:
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any computer system, network, device, or account, including Incenva’s infrastructure or any third-party system
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance or availability of the Website or any underlying network or service
- Transmit, install, or execute malicious code, including viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other harmful software
- Use automated tools, scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers to extract, copy, or monitor data without Incenva’s prior written consent
- Impersonate any individual or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or organization
- Engage in phishing, social engineering, or deceptive practices targeting Incenva, its clients, or third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Incenva software or technology
- Benchmark or evaluate competing products using the Website or platform without Incenva’s prior written consent
- Transmit unsolicited bulk messages (spam), chain letters, or other mass communications
- Collect, harvest, or store Personal Information about Website users or platform end users without authorization
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including privacy laws, export control laws, and anti-spam laws
- Use artificial intelligence or automated systems to interact with the Website or platform in a manner not explicitly authorized by Incenva
2. Consequences of Violation
Incenva reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any of the following actions in response to actual or suspected violation of this AUP:
- Issue a warning
- Temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate access to the Website or platform
- Remove or disable access to any content or data
- Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Seek injunctive relief or other legal remedies
Incenva’s failure to take action in response to a particular violation does not waive its right to take action in response to similar or other violations.
