Role overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build and scale Incenva’s core platform while integrating AI capabilities directly into the product experience.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop frontend and backend systems
- Build scalable APIs and integrate third-party and internal AI services
- Implement AI-powered features such as search, recommendations, and workflow automation
- Collaborate with AI engineers to productionize models and LLM-based capabilities
- Integrate natural language interfaces, copilots, and smart UX elements
- Contribute to data pipelines that support AI-driven functionality
- Optimize application performance and reliability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
What we’re looking for
- 3–6+ years of full stack development experience
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js)
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python)
- Familiarity with AI/ML APIs and integrating intelligent features
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
