Role overview
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead efforts to deeply embed AI across the Incenva platform. Your focus is not just building models—but identifying high-impact opportunities to make the product smarter, faster, and easier to use.
What you’ll do
- Identify and drive new AI-powered product features that improve usability, speed, and insight generation
- Design and implement LLM-based systems for search, summarization, recommendations, and workflow automation
- Build intelligent agents and copilots to assist users in discovering and managing incentives
- Improve data extraction, classification, and enrichment from structured and unstructured sources
- Optimize user experience through AI (e.g., natural language interfaces, auto-filled workflows, predictive insights)
- Partner with product and engineering to rapidly prototype and ship AI-driven features
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks to enhance the platform
- Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on AI systems in production
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on applied, product-driven use cases
- Deep experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, and vector databases
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern AI tooling
- Experience building end-to-end AI features in production environments
- Strong product intuition and ability to identify impactful AI opportunities
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
